Order Processing

• All orders are confirmed once payment has been received.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on the way.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

• We ship nationwide across New Zealand.

• Flat-rate shipping: $10 NZD.

• Free shipping on all orders over $100 NZD.

• Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

• Rural deliveries may take an extra 1–2 days.

International Shipping

• At this stage, we ship only within New Zealand. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Issues

• CueLab is not responsible for courier delays, but we’ll always help track down your order if there are issues.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
